1. Micron Gold Plating

Thickness: 2.5 Microns

We electroplate a heavy, dense coating of authentic 18K Yellow Gold or Rhodium. This micron thickness exceeds standard flash plating by 5 times, establishing the deep luxurious sheen of gold jewelry.

2. Palladium Barrier

Thickness: 0.5 Microns

A secondary layer of precious Palladium is bonded over the core. This acts as a barrier, stopping copper molecules from migrating to the surface, protecting the rings from color shifts and fading.

3. Lead-Free Brass Core

Weight-Optimized Base

Our core jewelry blocks are cast in a lead-free, nickel-free premium jeweler's brass alloy. This core provides the structural weight, density, and sound signature matching solid gold pieces.
